Will it work on US power?
Yes. The lamp runs on AC 85–265 V, which covers standard US 110–120 V as well as European 220–240 V mains. No converter needed.
How is it wired?
It is hardwired to a wall box, like any fixed sconce. Mounting hardware is included. If you are not comfortable working with mains wiring, have an electrician fit it — it is a ten-minute job for them.
Does the USB port work when the light is off?
Yes. The port is powered independently of the LED, so you can charge overnight with the light switched off.
How high should I mount it?
Beside a bed, most people set it about 55–70 cm above the mattress, or roughly 120–130 cm above the floor. In a reading corner, mount it just above shoulder height when seated.
Which light colour should I pick?
Warm white for bedrooms and reading corners — it is the closest to a bedside lamp. Neutral for a desk or hallway. Cool white if you want the crispest reading light.
