Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Germany

All orders are fulfilled by our international logistics partners and shipped directly from our suppliers.
The estimated delivery time for all regions is 7–15 business days after order processing.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and order value.

  • Free shipping is available for eligible orders once the minimum order threshold for your region is reached.
  • Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds may vary depending on your country and currency.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Currently, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options.


Returns, Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled or changed only before they are shipped.
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at returns@velourahouses.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Potential Service Interruptions

Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, strikes, or global supply chain issues. We will always do our best to inform you of any delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you have not received your tracking details within a few days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
